Who provides this service

The UK Water Tender Radar is operated by Lumetra under the Water Insider name. References to "we" and "us" mean Lumetra.

What this service is

The UK Water Tender Radar presents notices published on the UK government Find a Tender Service, screened and categorised by us for relevance to the water and waste water sector. It is provided free of charge.

Source data and licence

Notice data contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We are not affiliated with the Cabinet Office, Find a Tender, Ofwat or any water company. Values, dates, descriptions and supplier names are as published by the buyer. We do not verify them.

Our judgements

Deciding whether a notice is water work, which category it belongs to, and whether a value can be attributed to a named supplier involves judgement. We publish our method and we may get individual records wrong. Always read the source notice, which is linked from every row, before acting.

No advice and no warranty

Nothing here is commercial, legal or investment advice. The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on it, including lost business or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Your account

You need a free account to open the radar. Keep your password to yourself and do not share your login. One account is for one person. If you want colleagues to have access, send them to the registration page, it costs them nothing.

Acceptable use

You may use the radar and share links to it. You may not scrape it at volume, resell it, or present it as your own product. If you want to reuse the underlying data, go to Find a Tender and take it from the source under the Open Government Licence.

Changes

We may change or withdraw the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
